TSG recognise that slavery and human trafficking is a serious worldwide issue and whilst TSG are a small Company it is important to understand that we have a responsibility to be alert to the risk in our business and wider supply chain.

Staff are expected to report concerns and management are expected to act upon them. In accordance with the section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 TSG are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our business.

TSG ensures that all staff are aware of their responsibilities. TSG Management enforce checks when employing all staff and all staff have equal rights and are included on the TSG payroll system. TSG have a history of building long standing relationships with supplier and contractors and ensure that they are clear on TSG’s expectations and commitment to ensuring no slavery or human trafficking takes place.

TSG communicate that they expect all supply chains and businesses with whom they deal to fully comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 have a zero tolerance policy on Slavery and Human Trafficking. This policy statement is communicated to all staff within the Company Handbook and is a contractual condition of employment with TSG.
