-
Removal of excess water
-
Removal of salvageable contents (subject to policy cover)
-
Removal of items hazardous to health
-
Odour elimination
-
Installation of drying equipment
-
Cleaning of smoke contamination to walls, ceilings, fixtures and fittings

Buildings following smoke damage
The effects of smoke damage may be visible throughout the property on surfaces, walls and ceilings. These deposits must be removed or neutralized before redecoration can be successfully completed. TSG always leave the property in a condition suitable for the reinstatement/redecoration works to be completed by others.

Contents following smoke damage
We will examine contents to determine whether successful and cost effective restoration is viable. It will be necessary to remove affected items to our purpose built facility and a proposal for deodorizing, cleaning and restoration will be submitted. Items that cannot be successfully cleaned or restored will be identified in order that settlement can be agreed. On completion we can store contents securely until any buildings work is completed.

Buildings following flood damage
Upon completion of any emergency pumping out, cleaning works and installation of drying equipment we will discuss the drying procedures required. We will carry out regular damp surveys to monitor the drying process in order to achieve a balanced, dry environment in the shortest time possible.
