We can assist with domestic and commercial insurance claims covering escape of water, fire and flood, theft and accidental damage. Our nationwide team of experienced inspectors offer desktop validation and site inspections, providing detailed reports and recommendations on the best means to effectively fulfil the claim.


Our disaster management services include drying, cleaning and sanitisation, decontamination, deodorisation, plus inventoried packing and storage of personal possessions at our secure facility. Our aim is to help reduce risk, minimise deterioration and facilitate work on damaged properties – giving the policyholder peace of mind.

Meet the Team

Phil Davenport – As Managing Director, Phil’s primary role is to manage the performance and strategy of the company. However, he is also our ceramics and glassware specialist, overseeing a team of highly skilled restorers and working alongside auctioneers and international suppliers to provide a first-class restoration or replacement service.

Steve Mills – Steve heads up our Restoration team and is our furniture maestro, with a magic touch and an impressive collection of tools. A skilled furniture restorer boasting over 30 years’ experience, specialising in antiques and modern furniture, Steve is meticulous in his attention to detail and high level of craftsmanship.

Garrett Palmer – Garrett heads up our Disaster Management team and there isn’t much he doesn’t know about dealing with fire and flood damage. With more than 30 years’ industry experience, over half spent with TSG, Garrett brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.
