Claims Handling
Another service developed by TSG to benefit the policyholder
and insurer is photographic claims handling. The policyholders
are sent cameras, full instructions on how to record the
claim plus a very brief and user-friendly questionnaire.
The camera and the form are returned to us, usually very
quickly, and we then deal with the claim from the evidence
of the camera and the form. If there is anything on the
photographs and on the form that does not balance, then
we have the option to send a claims inspector in order
to verify any details that have not been satisfactorily
dealt with in the first instant.
This
is a very popular service, both with insurers and with
policyholders as it is extremely convenient for both parties.
As well as saving huge amounts of times, costs are drastically
reduced.
