Porcelain Service

To make it more convenient and to provide a nationwide service, TSG have also developed a courier service for claims involving damage to china and porcelain. TSG provide the policyholder with all packaging and the information necessary to send the damaged goods to our factory. These goods can either be collected by a specialist courier or posted, depending on the nature and value of the piece.

Once these items are received in the factory, they are assessed by our experts as to the economic and practical viability of repairs and restoration. If a practical or economic repair cannot be carried out successfully, then we will either replace the piece (if easily available) or alternatively search worldwide for a replacement item should the piece have been “retired” or is an antique. Once either the replacement or repaired item is ready we will then forward the item, fully insured, back to your policyholder.

This is a very cost effective service and has proved to be very popular with policyholders because of its sheer convenience. In this instant we are able to cover the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland.
