Clothing that has been affected by fire but appears cleanable is placed in a deodorising chamber to remove any smell.

Indiscriminate cleaning of clothing can often prove uneconomical, so the garments are then evaluated to enable us to decide which are worth proceeding with and which are not.

This evaluation is carried out at various stages up to and including the cleaning process, so unnecessary expense is avoided whenever possible.
