Claims
Handling
The
core of the business is claims handling. TSG’s experience
of the insurance industry and the administration of insurance
claims allow them to control costs rigidly, while providing
your customers with the best service. After the initial
details are confirmed with the Insurers or Loss Adjusters,
each case is allocated to a Claims Controller. It is their
sole responsibility to handle the claim from its inception
to a satisfactory completion.
Their first task is to carry out a detailed survey to
ensure the correct resources and personnel are applied
to that claim. They then allocate accordingly and instigate
immediate action to minimise further loss. All damaged
items are delivered back to base for processing.
